Softener will not start a manual regeneration when the button is pressed

• Check display and power: Ensure the display is on and not dim or flickering. Verify the transformer is plugged in.
• Unlock controls: Some Culligan models have a lockout feature. Follow the manual to unlock the keypad.
• Test other buttons: If none of the buttons respond, the keypad or control board may be defective.
