• 1. Confirm no actual leak: Shut off all fixtures and appliances. Check water meter at the street (if available) to ensure there is no real flow. Inspect for dripping faucets, running toilets, or outdoor leaks.
• 2. Inspect turbine assembly: Remove the top cover and locate the turbine housing. Ensure the turbine is properly seated and not wobbling on its shaft. Reinstall or replace if loose.
• 3. Check sensor wiring: Inspect the turbine sensor wiring for poor connections or routing near high-voltage cables that could induce noise. Reroute or secure as needed.
• 4. Clean turbine: Remove and clean the turbine wheel and housing to ensure smooth, consistent rotation without sticking.
• 5. Replace sensor or board: If false flow readings continue, replace the EcoWater turbine/flow sensor. If that does not resolve the issue, the main control board may require replacement.
