Possible Causes
Loose transformer plug, Failing transformer, Loose low-voltage connector, Control board power circuit fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Work only on the low-voltage side unless qualified. Unplug the transformer before inspecting connections.
Steps to correct:
- 1. Check outlet and plug: Ensure the wall outlet has constant power and the transformer plug is fully inserted.
- 2. Inspect transformer cable: Look for cuts or kinks in the EcoWater transformer cable. Replace if damaged.
- 3. Reseat low-voltage connector: At the control head, unplug and firmly reinsert the low-voltage connector.
- 4. Test with new transformer: If available, test with a known-good EcoWater transformer of the same rating.
- 5. Replace control board: If power is stable but the display remains blank or flickers, replace the main control board.
