Safety first: Unplug the unit before opening the control panel.

• Step 1 – Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the display ribbon cable between the LCD and main board.
• Step 2 – Inspect for moisture: Dry any condensation and ensure the control cover seals properly.
• Step 3 – Replace user interface: If the display remains dim or missing segments, replace the user interface / display board or complete control cover assembly.
• Step 4 – Verify operation: After replacement, reprogram settings and confirm readability from normal viewing angles.
