How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before opening the control housing.
- Soft reset: Turn off power for 1–2 minutes, then restore power and check if the error clears.
- Reload settings: Enter the installer menu and reload factory default settings, then re-enter site-specific parameters (hardness, capacity, regeneration times) according to the commissioning protocol.
- Avoid interruptions: When saving settings, do not disconnect power or press keys repeatedly. Allow the controller to complete the write process.
- Replace control PCB: If the error recurs after reprogramming, the memory on the control board may be defective and the PCB should be replaced by a qualified technician.
