Possible Causes
Blocked injector nozzle, Air leak in brine line, Stuck brine valve, Insufficient water pressure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power and close inlet valve before servicing the injector or brine line.
- Check water pressure: Ensure inlet pressure meets Idrobase minimum requirements. Very low pressure can prevent brine draw.
- Inspect brine line connections: Tighten all compression fittings and check for cracks in the tubing that could admit air.
- Clean injector: Remove the injector nozzle and throat from the valve. Soak in descaling solution and clear any deposits. Do not enlarge the orifices.
- Check brine valve: Verify that the brine valve opens during the brine draw stage. Clean or replace if stuck.
- Test draw: Place the brine line in a bucket of water and run a manual brine draw. If water is not drawn, further inspect the valve internals.
