Brine tank overflows or has very high water level without any error code

Safety: Disconnect power and close inlet valve. Avoid electrical contact with standing water.

• Stop overflow: Remove excess water from the brine tank with a pump or container.
• Check safety float: Ensure the float moves freely and shuts off water when raised. Replace if it does not seal.
• Inspect brine line routing: Ensure the brine line rises above the brine tank water level before connecting to the valve to prevent siphoning.
• Drain connection: Confirm that the drain line has a proper air gap and is not submerged in standing water, which can cause backflow.
• Brine valve seat: Clean or replace the brine valve seat and seals if they are worn or fouled.
