Possible Causes

Water detected by Judo leak sensor in cabinet base, Dripping O-ring on valve head, Cracked brine line or fitting, Loose union on inlet/outlet connections

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power and close inlet and outlet valves immediately to stop water flow.

  • Inspect cabinet base: Remove the front cover and check for standing water around the leak sensor pad or float. Dry the area completely with towels.
  • Find leak source: Examine all visible joints: inlet/outlet unions, bypass valve, valve head O-rings, brine line connections, and the brine tank for cracks. Look for fresh drips.
  • Tighten and reseal: Carefully tighten any loose unions. Replace damaged O-rings or fittings with genuine Judo seals. Repair or replace cracked hoses.
  • Test under pressure: Slowly reopen the inlet valve while watching for leaks. Keep the cabinet open until you are sure the leak is resolved.
  • Reset leak sensor: Once dry and leak-free, reset the leak alarm according to the Judo manual (often by holding a specific button sequence) and restore normal operation.
