Judo softener installed but no water flows through it at all in service mode

Safety first: Close main water supply before altering plumbing. Depressurize by opening taps.

• Verify flow direction: Check the arrows on the Judo valve body and ensure the house supply is connected to the inlet and the house system to the outlet.
• Check bypass and isolation valves: Confirm the bypass is in Service position and both inlet and outlet valves are fully open.
• Clean inlet strainer: Remove and clean the inlet strainer if clogged.
• Bypass test: Place the unit in bypass. If water flows, the blockage is inside the softener and may require valve head service.
