  • Disconnect the drain hose at the valve head and check for debris or scale in the fitting.
  • Flush the hose with water to clear any blockage.
• 3. Freeze check:
  • In cold climates, ensure the drain line is not frozen or exposed to freezing temperatures.
• 4. Test operation:
  • Reconnect the drain hose, restore water and power, and start a manual regeneration.
  • If the error returns and flow is still restricted, inspect and replace the drain line flow control or valve head as needed.
