  • Ensure the tank has at least 1/3 full of clean, pellet salt.
• 2. Break salt bridge and remove mush:
  • Check for and break any salt bridge.
  • Remove salt mush and refill with fresh salt.
• 3. Clean brine well and float:
  • Remove and clean the brine float assembly and brine well tube.
• 4. Sensor and wiring:
  • Inspect the salt level sensor (if present) and its wiring harness.
  • Reseat connectors at the control board.
  • If the sensor is defective, replace the salt level sensor.
