How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before handling the sensor wiring.
- Locate sensor: Find the temperature probe on the inlet side of the Lindsay valve or in a nearby well.
- Check seating: Ensure the probe is fully inserted and secured in its well or clamp.
- Inspect cable: Look for cuts, abrasions, or rodent damage along the sensor cable. Reseat the connector at the board.
- Replace sensor: If E20 persists, install a new Lindsay temperature sensor of the same type and rating.
