How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and shut off water. Relieve pressure at a faucet.
- Manual advance: Remove the control cover and manually rotate the cam to the service position. Restore water to resume household supply.
- Inspect gears and motor: Look for broken teeth on the cam gear or signs of motor overheating. Replace damaged parts.
- Service piston and seals: If movement is very stiff, rebuild the valve with a Lindsay piston and seal kit.
