How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close inlet valve before servicing the brine system.
- Observe brine level: During brine draw, the water level in the brine tank should drop. If it does not, proceed with checks.
- Clean injector: Remove and clean the Lindsay venturi/injector assembly with vinegar, clearing all small passages.
- Check brine line and fittings: Inspect for kinks, loose fittings, or cracks that could admit air. Replace damaged tubing.
- Inspect air check: Remove the air check at the bottom of the brine well, clean it, and ensure the ball or flapper moves freely.
