Possible Causes

Regeneration time set incorrectly, Metered mode disabled or set to very high capacity, Flow meter not registering usage, Control in vacation or bypass mode

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Familiarise yourself with the control panel before changing settings.

  • Check regeneration mode: Enter the programming menu and confirm whether the unit is set to time-clock or metered mode. Ensure a realistic regeneration interval or capacity is set.
  • Verify clock and time: Make sure the current time and day are correct so the unit can trigger regeneration at the programmed time.
  • Inspect flow indication: Run a tap and check that the display shows flow. If not, the meter may be faulty and the controller will not count usage.
  • Manual regeneration: Start a manual regeneration from the keypad. If the valve will not move into regeneration, there may be a motor or PCB fault requiring service.
