Possible Causes
Blocked injector or brine line, Stuck brine valve, Salt bridge in brine tank, Incorrect brine fill setting too low
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power and water before dismantling valve components.
- Check for salt bridge: Probe the salt bed with a stick. If you hit a hollow space under a hard crust, break it up so salt can contact water.
- Observe regeneration: During brine draw, listen for water movement in the brine line. If silent, the injector or brine valve may be blocked.
- Clean injector and brine line: Remove and clean the venturi injector and flush the brine line as described in the E02 procedure.
- Verify brine fill time: Check the programmed brine refill time or volume. If set too low, insufficient brine will be made.
