Err11 on display, salt level indicator not working or always shows empty

Safety: Unplug the unit. Wear gloves when working inside the brine tank.

• 1. Locate sensor: Identify the salt level or brine tank sensor (if equipped) mounted in or above the brine tank.
• 2. Clean sensor: Remove the sensor and gently clean off salt bridges, sludge, or iron deposits with warm water. Do not use abrasive tools.
• 3. Check wiring: Follow the sensor cable to the control board. Ensure the connector is fully seated and the cable is not damaged.
• 4. Test function: Reinstall the sensor, restore power, and check if the salt level reading updates after a short delay.
• 5. Replace sensor or board: If Err11 persists, replace the salt level sensor. If a new sensor does not resolve the issue, the electronic control board may be defective.
