Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing the control board. Avoid static discharge by touching a grounded metal object before handling electronics.
- 1. Power cycle the unit: Disconnect power for 5 minutes, then reconnect. This can clear transient faults.
- 2. Inspect wiring harnesses: Remove the control cover and verify all connectors between the display, main PCB, and motor are fully seated. Reseat any loose plugs.
