Possible Causes
Salt bridge in brine tank, Clogged injector/venturi, Disconnected brine line, Stuck brine valve
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing injector parts. Wear gloves when handling salt and brine.
- 1. Break salt bridge: Push a broom handle down through the salt. If you feel a hard crust with empty space below, break it so salt falls into the water.
- 2. Inspect brine line: Ensure the brine tube is firmly connected at both the Rayne control valve and the brine well, with no kinks.
- 3. Clean injector: Remove and clean the venturi/injector assembly as described under E04.
- 4. Run manual regeneration: After corrections, start a manual regeneration and confirm the brine level drops during the brine draw stage.
