Rayne softener will not start at all (no display, no lights)

Safety first: Do not attempt to open the transformer. Work only with low-voltage connections at the control head.

• 1. Check outlet and breaker: Verify the outlet has power using another device. Reset any tripped GFCI or breaker.
• 2. Inspect transformer: Ensure the Rayne power adapter is firmly plugged into the outlet and the control head.
• 3. Try a known-good adapter: If available, test with a compatible Rayne transformer.

When to call a technician: If power is present at the control but the display remains dead, the control board likely needs replacement.
