  • 3. Test buttons: After reassembly and restoring power, test each button. If some or all remain unresponsive, the keypad membrane is likely defective.
  • 4. Replace keypad or front panel: Order the correct SoftPro keypad or front control panel assembly and replace it according to the service instructions.
  • 5. Replace control board (if needed): If a new keypad does not resolve E15, the control board's interface circuitry may be damaged and require board replacement.
