Safety first: Work with dry hands when handling electrical components. Unplug the unit before removing the control cover.

• 1. Confirm outlet power: Test the outlet with another device to ensure it is live and not controlled by a wall switch.
• 2. Check adapter connection: Ensure the SoftPro power adapter is firmly plugged into both the outlet and the control head. Wiggle gently to see if the display flickers, indicating a loose connection.
• 3. Inspect for moisture: Remove the control cover and look for signs of condensation or salt dust on the board. Clean and dry as needed.
• 4. Test with new adapter: If available, try a known-good SoftPro adapter of the same rating. If the display works reliably, replace the original adapter.
• 5. Replace control board: If power is stable but the display remains blank or intermittent, replace the SoftPro control board.
