  • 2. Try alternate method: If your model allows, initiate regeneration by holding the button for several seconds or using a menu option instead of a single press.
  • 3. Test other buttons: If other buttons also fail or are intermittent, the keypad membrane may be defective. Replace the SoftPro keypad or front panel.
  • 4. Power cycle: Unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then reconnect and attempt again. If still unresponsive, the control board input circuitry may be faulty.
