  • Reset controller: Perform a factory reset if available in the menu, then re-enter all parameters. This can clear corrupted settings.
  • Monitor usage: Over several days, compare actual water usage to the controller’s recorded usage. If readings are clearly wrong, the flow meter or PCB may be defective.
  • Replace faulty component: If recalibration fails, replace the flow meter assembly first. If the issue persists, replace the control PCB or full head.
