How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the front panel.
- Dry and clean: Check for condensation or spills on the keypad. Dry thoroughly.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the keypad ribbon cable to the PCB.
- Test individual buttons: After reassembly, test each button. If none respond, the keypad is likely faulty.
- Replace keypad/front panel: Install a new Water2Buy front panel or full control head as required.
