Water2Buy softener is leaking from the brine line or brine tank area

Safety first: Unplug power and close the inlet valve. Mop up spilled brine promptly to avoid corrosion.

• Inspect tubing: Follow the brine line from the valve head to the brine well. Replace any cracked or brittle tubing.
• Tighten fittings: Hand-tighten compression nuts or push-fit connectors. Do not overtighten plastic fittings.
• Check float assembly: Remove and inspect the brine float for cracks or loose seals. Replace if damaged.
• Correct overfill: If the tank is overfilled, remove excess water and correct the cause (e.g. stuck refill valve or incorrect settings).
