Display shows 'Lo' or low power indication; unit intermittently loses settings

Safety: Always unplug before handling the transformer or control board.

• Check outlet: Plug a lamp or small appliance into the same outlet to verify stable power.
• Inspect transformer: Ensure the transformer is the correct WaterBoss-specified model and is warm (not hot) to the touch during operation. Replace if it is buzzing loudly, excessively hot, or intermittent.
• Secure connections: Reseat the low-voltage plug at the control board. Look for corrosion or loose pins.
• If 'Lo' persists with a new transformer: The control board's internal power supply may be defective and require replacement.
