Wine cooler displays F4 and the unit will not power on or shuts off immediately

• Access control board: Remove the rear access panel and locate the main control board. Look for an onboard fuse (glass or blade type).
• Test and replace fuse: With the unit unplugged, check the fuse for continuity. If blown, replace with the exact same type and rating. If it blows again immediately, there is a deeper electrical fault that needs professional diagnosis.
• Inspect board components: Look for burnt areas, cracked components, or bulging capacitors. A damaged board should be replaced rather than repaired in the field.
• Replace main control board if necessary: Install a new Amana main control board, transferring connectors one at a time to avoid miswiring.
