Water or frost is accumulating on the interior back wall or floor of the wine cooler

Safety: Unplug the unit before cleaning drains or inspecting gaskets.

• Clear interior drain: Use a soft brush or pipe cleaner to gently clear the drain hole at the back of the cabinet.
• Inspect door gasket: Look for gaps or tears. Replace the gasket if it is not sealing properly.
• Adjust temperature: Raise the set temperature slightly to reduce frost formation in very humid conditions.
• Manual defrost: If heavy frost is present, unplug the unit, open the door, and allow all ice to melt. Do not use sharp tools to remove ice.
