How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooler before removing the control panel.
- Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then plug back in. Sometimes this clears transient errors.
- Inspect control panel: Remove the front/top control panel. Check for signs of moisture, corrosion, or physical damage.
- Dry the panel: If condensation is present, gently dry the area and allow it to air out completely before reassembly.
- Check ribbon cable: Ensure the flat ribbon cable or harness between the display board and main control PCB is fully seated and not damaged.
- Test buttons: With the panel exposed (and power disconnected), press each button to feel for proper tactile response. A stuck button can cause errors.
- Replace display/control board: If Er persists and wiring is good, replace the display/touch control PCB assembly.
