How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

Dry the panel: If condensation or spills have occurred, leave the unit unplugged and the door open for several hours to dry the control area.
Access the panel: Remove screws or clips holding the control panel. Carefully pull it forward to expose the ribbon cable.
Reseat cable: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable between the control panel and main board, ensuring it is fully inserted and locked.
Inspect for corrosion: Look for green or white deposits on connectors. Clean gently with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush.
Replace panel: If specific buttons never work or the panel is cracked, replace the entire control/display board with an Aobosi-compatible part.

Display is on but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.
