High-pitched whine or buzzing noise from the back of the wine cooler.

Safety: Unplug the unit before touching the fan or control board.

• Locate the noise source: Remove the rear panel and run the unit briefly (if safe) to identify whether the noise comes from the fan or control board area.
• Inspect fan: With power off, spin the condenser fan by hand. If it feels rough or wobbly, the motor bearings are worn and the fan should be replaced.
• Check for rubbing: Ensure the fan blades are not contacting the shroud or wires. Adjust as needed.
• Tighten panels: Tighten any loose screws on the rear panel or frame that may be causing buzzing.
