Water pooling at the bottom of the cabinet or leaking onto the floor in front of the wine cooler.

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing interior panels. Wipe up any water to prevent slipping.

• Locate drain hole: Inside the cabinet, look at the rear lower area for a small drain hole or channel where condensate should flow.
• Clear blockage: Use a soft pipe cleaner or plastic straw to gently clear any debris or mold from the drain hole. Do not use metal objects that can damage the liner.
• Check drain tube and pan: From the rear, verify that the drain tube is connected from the cabinet to the drain pan above the compressor. Reattach if loose.
• Inspect door gasket: Look for gaps, tears, or hardened sections of the gasket that may allow warm, moist air in. Replace the gasket if damaged.
• Reduce humidity: In very humid environments, limit door openings and consider using a dehumidifier in the room.
