• Level the unit: Use a spirit level and adjust the front leveling feet until the cooler is stable and does not rock.
• Check external contact: Ensure the cooler is not touching walls, cabinets, or other appliances that can transmit vibration.
• Inspect internal fans: Remove interior and rear panels to access fans. Tighten any loose mounting screws and ensure wires are not hitting the blades.
• Secure refrigerant lines: If copper lines are vibrating against the cabinet, gently bend them away and secure with foam or clips, taking care not to kink the tubing.
