Door alarm beeps even when the door appears closed.

Steps:

• Check closure: Push firmly on the door to ensure it latches fully. Look for items inside preventing closure.
• Inspect gasket: Replace the door gasket if it is deformed and preventing a tight seal.
• Check door switch: Locate the door switch or magnetic reed sensor and ensure it is aligned with the door magnet. Adjust position if necessary.
• Replace switch: If the alarm persists, replace the door switch / reed sensor.
