Condensation or water droplets forming on the inside of the glass door.

Safety: No electrical work is typically required, but unplug the unit if removing the door.

• Check gasket: Inspect the door gasket for gaps or deformation. Close the door on a sheet of paper; if it pulls out easily, the seal is weak. Replace the gasket if needed.
• Ventilation: Improve room ventilation or use a dehumidifier if ambient humidity is very high.
• Door heater (if present): Some Artevino models have a low-wattage heater around the door frame. If condensation is severe and the heater is not warming the frame, have a technician test and replace the heater circuit.
• Door glass seal: If moisture appears between glass panes, the door assembly's seal has failed and the entire door should be replaced.
