Display shows E10 and the unit may shut down or fail to start, sometimes accompanied by a clicking sound from the control area.

Safety: Unplug the appliance. Capacitors on the control board can retain charge; avoid touching bare solder joints.

• Check mains connection: Inspect the power cord, plug, and internal terminal block for loose connections or burn marks. Tighten screws if needed.
• Visual inspection of PCB: Remove the control board cover (usually at the rear or behind the top panel). Look for swollen capacitors, burnt resistors, or cracked solder joints.
• Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect all harnesses to the main PCB to ensure good contact.
• Test output voltages: If you are qualified, power the unit and measure the low-voltage outputs (e.g., 5V, 12V) from the board. If missing or unstable, the board is defective.
• Replace main control board: Transfer each connector one by one from the old board to the new Artevino-compatible PCB to avoid miswiring. Secure the board and reassemble covers.
• Test operation: Restore power and verify that E10 is cleared and the cabinet starts normally.
