Display shows E13 and the humidity control function does not operate correctly (if equipped).

Safety: Unplug the cabinet before accessing internal sensors or humidification components.

• Locate humidity sensor: On Artevino models with humidity control, the sensor is usually mounted on the interior wall or near the air circulation path.
• Inspect and clean: Dust or mold on the sensor can affect readings. Gently clean with a dry, soft brush.
• Check wiring: Ensure the sensor harness is firmly connected to the control board and not damaged.
• Test sensor: If you have specifications, measure sensor output (resistance or voltage). If readings are clearly abnormal, replace with an Artevino-compatible humidity sensor.
• Humidifier module: If the unit uses a water tray or cartridge, ensure it is correctly installed and not empty or clogged. Replace the module if it shows signs of leakage or electrical failure.
