Possible Causes
Corrupted EEPROM data on main PCB, Power surge damage, Firmware incompatibility with replacement board, Loose low-voltage connectors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before handling the control board.
- Power cycle: Unplug the cabinet for at least 10 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge and the controller to fully reset. Reconnect and check if E14 clears.
- Check connectors: Reseat all low-voltage connectors on the main PCB, especially those leading to the display and sensors.
- Factory reset: If your Artevino model supports it, perform a factory reset using the front panel buttons (refer to the user manual for the specific key combination).
- Replace main PCB: If E14 persists, the EEPROM or microcontroller is likely damaged. Replace the main control board with the correct Artevino part number to ensure firmware compatibility.
