Display shows E8 and the condenser fan at the rear of the unit does not run, or the cabinet overheats.

Safety: Disconnect power and allow the compressor and condenser to cool before servicing.

• Access condenser fan: Remove the lower rear service panel to expose the condenser coil and fan assembly.
• Inspect for debris: Remove dust, plastic wrap, or insulation that may be blocking the fan blades. Ensure the blades spin freely by hand.
• Check wiring: Verify that the fan connector is fully seated on the harness and that wires are not cut or pinched.
• Test fan motor: With a multimeter, check for continuity across the fan motor leads. An open circuit indicates a failed motor. If you can safely test with power applied, confirm that the board is sending voltage when the compressor runs.
• Replace fan motor: Remove mounting screws, swap in a compatible Artevino condenser fan motor, and reattach blades if separate. Route wiring away from hot surfaces.
• Reassemble and test: Refit the rear panel, restore power, and confirm that E8 clears and the fan runs whenever the compressor is on.
