Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on main PCB, Faulty power cord, Loose mains terminal block, Failed main control board power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the outlet is de-energized or unplug the unit before opening any electrical compartments.
- Check outlet: Test the wall socket with another appliance or a tester to confirm power is present.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks. Replace the cord if damaged.
- Access terminal block: Remove the rear panel to locate the mains terminal block. Tighten any loose screws and inspect for heat damage.
- Internal fuse: Many Artevino boards include a small fuse. Check it with a multimeter and replace with the same rating if blown. If it blows again immediately, a short exists and the board or wiring must be replaced.
- Replace main PCB: If the fuse is good but there is still no low-voltage output or display, replace the main control board.
