Buttons on the control panel are unresponsive or require very hard presses.

Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before removing the control panel.

• Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a dry cloth to remove moisture or residue.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the panel and reseat the cable connecting it to the main board.
• Dry moisture: If condensation is visible inside the panel, allow it to dry completely before reassembly.
• Replace UI board: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the user interface PCB or touch panel assembly.
