Display shows E14 and the wine cooler may not respond to temperature adjustments; buttons may seem unresponsive.

Safety: Disconnect mains power before removing the control panel.

• Remove control panel: Carefully unclip or unscrew the front display panel. Do not pull hard on the ribbon cable.
• Inspect ribbon cable: Reseat the cable at both the display and main board ends. Look for kinks or cracks.
• Dry moisture: If condensation is present on the panel, dry it thoroughly and allow it to sit in a dry environment before reassembly.
• Test buttons: After reassembly and restoring power, test each button. If still unresponsive, the display PCB may be defective.
• Replace display PCB: Install a Balay-compatible user interface board if necessary.
