Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on PCB, Faulty power cord, Failed main control PCB, Open thermal fuse (if equipped)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the cooler before opening any electrical compartments.
- Check outlet and cord: Test the outlet with another appliance and inspect the Blastcool power cord for damage.
- Inspect main PCB fuse: Access the control board and look for a small glass or ceramic fuse. Test continuity and replace with the same rating if blown.
- Check for indicator LEDs: Some PCBs have small LEDs that show low-voltage power. If absent, the board may not be receiving or converting power.
- Replace main PCB: If fuses and supply are good but the board is unresponsive, install a new Blastcool main control PCB.
Do not bypass fuses or safety devices; they protect against fire and shock.
