How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.
- Check for lock mode: Consult the user manual to see if a child lock or panel lock is active and how to disable it.
- Power reset: Unplug the unit for 5–10 minutes to reset the UI.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control bezel and ensure the ribbon between the UI and main PCB is fully seated.
- Replace UI panel: If still unresponsive, install a new Blastcool touch control panel PCB.
If a new UI does not resolve the issue, the main control PCB may not be processing inputs correctly.
