Possible Causes
Failed upper zone evaporator fan, Blocked upper air outlets, Faulty upper zone sensor, Control not energizing upper circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before servicing the upper zone.
- Check vents: Ensure upper zone air outlets are not blocked by bottles or shelf liners.
- Inspect upper fan: Access the upper evaporator fan and verify operation. Replace the Blastcool upper zone evaporator fan motor if failed.
- Test upper sensor: Inspect and replace the upper zone NTC sensor if readings are inaccurate.
If the upper circuit never receives cooling despite good components, the main control PCB may be at fault.
