Possible Causes
Failed evaporator fan for affected zone, Faulty zone temperature sensor, Air duct blockage between zones, Zone-specific control relay failure on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before removing interior panels.
- Identify affected zone: Determine which zone is not cooling and note any error indications.
- Check fan operation: Remove the interior panel for the affected zone and verify that its evaporator fan runs when cooling is demanded. Replace the fan motor if not operating.
- Inspect air ducts: Ensure that air passages between the evaporator and the zone are not blocked by ice or packaging material.
- Test zone sensor: Measure resistance of the zone's temperature sensor and compare to specifications. Replace if out of range.
- Control board: If fan and sensor are good, the zone's control relay or triac on the main PCB may be faulty. Replace the main control board.
