Displayed temperature is significantly different from the actual temperature measured with a thermometer.

Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing sensors.

Steps:

• Verify with reliable thermometer: Place a calibrated thermometer in the center of the cabinet away from walls and compare after several hours of stable operation.
• Inspect sensor placement: Ensure the cabinet sensor is properly clipped to its mounting point and not touching the evaporator directly unless designed to.
• Replace sensor: If the sensor consistently reads off by a large margin, replace the cabinet temperature sensor (NTC).
• Control calibration: Some models allow minor calibration via service mode; refer to BODEGA43 documentation or contact support.
