Display shows E10 and the interior light stays on or never turns on

Steps to address E10:

• Check door switch operation: Confirm that the interior light turns off when the door is closed. If not, test and replace the door reed switch if necessary.
• Inspect LED module: Remove the interior light cover and visually inspect the LED board for burn marks or discoloration.
• Test voltage (advanced): With the unit powered and great caution, a technician can measure low-voltage output from the control board to the LED module. If no voltage is present when the light should be on, the driver circuit may be faulty.
• Replace LED module: If the module is visibly damaged or does not light with proper voltage, replace it with the correct Bosch LED light assembly.
• Replace control board: If the LED module is good but the driver circuit fails, the main control board may need replacement by a professional.
