Safety first: Unplug the unit before inspecting any heater wiring around the door frame.

• Step 1 – Check room conditions: Measure room humidity. In very humid environments, some condensation on glass is normal. Use a dehumidifier if needed.
• Step 2 – Inspect gasket seal: Ensure the door gasket seals tightly to prevent moist room air from entering and condensing on the glass.
• Step 3 – Verify door heater (if present): Some Café models have a low-wattage heater around the door frame. If the frame feels unusually cold and wet, the heater may not be powered. Check the control settings for an energy-saver mode that disables the heater and adjust if necessary.
• Step 4 – Check heater wiring (advanced): A technician can test continuity of the door/frame heater circuit and replace it if open.

Wipe condensation regularly to prevent water from dripping onto flooring.
